Accurate in-vivo imaging of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes is crucial for tumor immunotherapy evaluation, while traditional imaging devices have low resolution and poor specific recognition ability. This study develops a portable NIR-II near-infrared imaging detection device based on dual-metabolic probes. The device can realize high-sensitivity, high-resolution in-situ visualization of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in living organisms. It supports real-time dynamic observation of tumor immune microenvironment changes, provides intuitive imaging data for evaluating tumor immunotherapy efficacy, and guides precise adjustment of clinical treatment schemes.
