I. Structural Composition
The main body of the nail warehouse: It is usually made of high-strength and biocompatible materials, such as composite fibers, PA66 + GF, etc. These materials have excellent resistance to tissue deformation, which can ensure that the nail compartment stably bears and pushes the matching nails during surgical operations. For instance, the composite fiber materials selected for some nail slots make the nails formed from thick tissues more stable and reduce the surgical risks.
Matching nail storage area: Inside, there are multiple rows of matching nails arranged in an orderly manner, usually made of special metals such as titanium alloy. Titanium nails have excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance and appropriate strength. Their unique nail leg design, such as the shape of barbs, can effectively increase the contact area with tissues, enhance the stability of anastomosis, and promote the growth and healing of tissues between the nail legs.
The screw push structure: It includes components such as the screw push plate. When the doctor activates the stapler, the screw push slider pushes the screw push plate to move in the hole of the screw chamber, thereby precisely pushing the matching screw out and passing through the tissue to complete the matching action. The design accuracy of this structure is of vital importance. There are strict requirements for the tightness and looseness of the combination of the push nail plate and the nail hole, etc., to ensure a smooth and stable push nail process.
Cutting component (equipped in some nail bins) : For nail bins with cutting functions, sharp cutting knives are provided. While the anastomosis nail is pushed out to complete the anastomosis, the cutting knife moves synchronously to cut and separate the tissue. The material and design of the cutting knife determine the smoothness of the cutting and the flatness of the cutting edge. For example, some patented disposable cutting knives can ensure that each cutting process is smoother, the cutting edge is neat, and reduce additional damage to the tissue.
