Postoperative vascular stenosis is a common complication of vascular surgery, and traditional detection methods have obvious hysteresis and cannot identify early subtle vascular lesions. This study constructs a novel magnetoelastic artificial vascular graft driven by in-vivo hemodynamics. The device has mechanical properties highly consistent with natural blood vessels and excellent biocompatibility. It can convert real-time blood flow pressure changes into magnetic signal variations, realizing non-invasive, real-time and early monitoring of vascular lumen stenosis. The self-sensing vascular graft integrates vascular repair and intelligent monitoring functions, realizing real-time tracking of postoperative vascular recovery status.
