Traditional drug efficacy evaluation relies on animal experiments, which have long cycle, high cost and species difference limitations. This study constructs a novel microphysiological system medical device for simulating human intestinal and liver hypoxic injury. The device builds a bionic human organ microenvironment in vitro, which can accurately simulate the pathological changes of intestinal and liver dysfunction under hypoxic conditions. It can be used for high-throughput screening and efficacy verification of protective drugs for organ injury, providing a low-cost, high-precision in-vitro evaluation platform for preclinical drug research and biomedical material testing.
