Chronic wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers and venous ulcers have the characteristics of slow healing, easy infection and repeated recurrence, which are difficult clinical problems in wound treatment. Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) has been widely used in chronic wound repair due to its advantages of promoting blood circulation, reducing wound exudate and accelerating granulation tissue growth. However, traditional NPWT medical devices have single function, fixed negative pressure parameters, and cannot real-timely monitor wound exudate volume, composition and wound microenvironment changes. Medical staff can only judge the wound condition through regular manual inspection, resulting in delayed adjustment of treatment parameters and inaccurate wound condition evaluation. This study innovatively develops an intelligent negative pressure wound therapy device with real-time exudate monitoring function. The device is equipped with high-precision liquid sensing and biochemical detection modules, which can real-timely monitor the total amount of wound exudate, exudate pH value and inflammatory factor content, and dynamically evaluate wound infection risk and healing progress. Combined with intelligent algorithm analysis, the system can adaptively adjust the negative pressure value and working cycle according to the real-time wound state, realizing personalized and precise wound treatment. The device is lightweight and portable, suitable for inpatient treatment and home wound rehabilitation. Clinical comparative studies show that the intelligent NPWT device can shorten the chronic wound healing cycle by 25%, reduce the incidence of wound infection, and avoid excessive negative pressure damage to surrounding normal tissues. It realizes the transformation of wound treatment from fixed-mode empirical treatment to intelligent precise treatment, and provides a new generation of intelligent rehabilitation medical devices for chronic wound repair.
