Blood gas analysis is an essential diagnostic method for evaluating human respiratory function, acid-base balance and tissue oxygenation status, which plays a decisive role in the rescue of critically ill patients. Traditional desktop blood gas analyzers are large in size, heavy in weight, dependent on fixed hospital equipment and professional laboratory operators, and cannot meet the rapid detection needs of pre-hospital first aid, emergency rescue, field medical treatment and grassroots medical institutions. To fill the technical gap of portable blood gas detection equipment, this study develops a miniaturized point-of-care testing (POCT) blood gas analyzer suitable for mobile medical scenarios. The device integrates microfluidic chip sensing technology and low-power intelligent detection modules, which can complete rapid sampling, automatic detection and data analysis with only a small amount of peripheral blood. It can accurately detect core indicators such as blood oxygen partial pressure, carbon dioxide partial pressure, pH value, lactate and hemoglobin concentration within 60 seconds. Equipped with a high-definition touch screen and wireless data transmission function, the equipment can upload detection results to the hospital medical system in real time, realizing synchronous diagnosis and data recording. Field test results show that the detection accuracy and stability of the portable analyzer are consistent with traditional desktop clinical equipment, and it has the advantages of small size, light weight, simple operation and low power consumption. It breaks the limitation of time and space for blood gas detection, enables real-time blood gas monitoring in pre-hospital emergency, disaster rescue and grassroots primary care, and greatly improves the timeliness and accuracy of critical illness diagnosis and rescue.
