Due to the small size, complex structure, and extremely tight tolerances of dental device components, the manufacturing precision of dental injection molds must often be controlled at the micron level. For example, small connecting parts used in dental implant tools require highly accurate mold cavities to ensure dimensional consistency of the molded parts and precise assembly with other components.

During the injection molding process, fine control of key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and injection speed is critical. Taking the production of dental orthodontic brackets as an example, different materials require different processing conditions. Excessive temperature may cause material degradation and affect performance, while insufficient temperature may result in incomplete melting and poor forming. Excessive pressure can lead to flashing or deformation, whereas insufficient pressure may cause short shots.

By optimizing process parameters, injection molded parts can achieve a compact internal structure and smooth surface finish, meeting the stringent mechanical and performance requirements of dental medical equipment.

Changzhou Anzhan Precision Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. offers integrated capabilities in mold development and precision injection molding. From design to mass production, we strictly follow medical industry standards to deliver reliable, high-precision injection solutions for dental medical devices.
